Peter Lorenz
Peter Lorenz (Lorentz) was born in France circa 1801. After moving to America, he worked in Wayne County, Indiana, and Greene and Montgomery Counties in Ohio. His known coverlets range from 1836 to 1847, most of which are dated, and his corner blocks have either his name and date or simply his name.
