Roseville’s Iris pattern presents an opened iris blossom on stalk with buds over slender, spiked leaves on blue, pink, caramel tan, brown, or white background, 1938. Mark: Unavailable. 45 total shapes: 39 used once, one used twice. The jardiniere, shape #647, came in six sizes. The bookends, wall shelf and the small and large pedestals were unnumbered. Iris does not come in green, but fake green console bowls have appeared. Watch for fake Iris vases, wall pockets and console bowls. Quality of fake Iris is generally poor. Iris is a middle period Roseville line.
