Lewis Miller (1796-1882)
Lewis was from York County, Pennsylvania and a carpenter by trade. He completed thousands of works of art before his death in 1882. The Historical Society of York County, Pennsylvania has a large collection of Miller’s work including a hand carved and painted pediment with figures and animals.
